Format 23 is a one person digital media production company focusing on digital video, camjo journalism, documentary and social storytelling. My work is mainly focused on social issues, education, cultures & engagement. Besides digital storytelling Format 23 is specialized in helping small organizations and companies in their use of new media, video and integration of web 2.0 for their campaigns, projects and events. I also organise workshops for youngsters about video & documentary making, civil journalism and the use of new media for campaigns Format 23 loves to engage in the (n)ever changing world we live in and get inspired by life. Format 23 believes in diversity and exploration, about making connections and including people instead of excluding. Inspired and driven by the diversity of cultures, sub cultural expression, urban dynamics and social & political landscapes all over the world.Format 23 is working independently on documentaries, I really love telling stories in a direct, intimated and personal way. creating independent camjo documentaries & reportages about social, political and cultural subjects. always works from the basic idea of making video’s about people in social perspective.
